Local Leaders Online: A Global Strategy (LOGS), headlined by our partners Local Leaders, is at the half-way mark (2 ½ years out of what will now be 5 years given extra funding.) The last two years will see some changes where they seek to build into extra elements of what is needed for online Tertiary Education. Direct grants for IT will be reduced while lifting the emphasis on training as well as seeking to work more with the accrediting agencies etc.
